Terms for using Monrac.
These Terms define the rules for using the Monrac mobile app and web app, including account responsibilities, acceptable use, AI outputs, subscriptions, and service limits.

1. Agreement to Terms
Monrac is operated by ThinkHash Pvt Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Monrac, including the Monrac mobile app, web app, related websites, APIs, waitlist, communications, and services.
By using Monrac, creating an account, joining the waitlist, or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Monrac.
2. Monrac Is Not Financial Advice
Monrac helps you track, organize, and understand personal financial and investment information. Monrac does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulated financial advice.
AI-generated outputs, insights, projections, classifications, and summaries may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing all information before making financial decisions.
You should consult qualified professionals before making investment, tax, legal, or financial decisions.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You must not access another user's account, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service security, or use Monrac for unlawful activity.
4. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of the financial records, portfolio information, commands, files, notes, and other content you submit to Monrac.
You grant Monrac the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display your content for the purpose of operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you add to Monrac.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse Monrac, overload the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform, scrape data without permission, upload malicious code, or use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some Monrac features may require a paid subscription. Prices, plan limits, and included features may change as the product evolves.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscription fees are charged in advance and may be recurring. Taxes, foreign exchange charges, and payment provider fees may apply.
Refund eligibility, cancellations, and billing changes will follow the terms shown at purchase and any payment provider rules that apply.
7. Availability and Changes
Monrac may change, pause, remove, or limit features at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of every feature.
Beta, waitlist, preview, or experimental features may be changed or discontinued without notice.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Monrac is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monrac and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
