Privacy Policy

How Monrac handles your data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Monrac collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information across the Monrac mobile app and web app.

Last updated: May 13, 2026

0. Operator

Monrac is operated by ThinkHash Pvt Ltd.

1. Information We Collect

Monrac may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication provider details, plan status, device and app metadata, and support messages you send to us.

When you use the Monrac mobile app or web app, you may choose to enter financial information including expenses, income, budgets, investment positions, portfolio details, categories, notes, documents, commands, and related summaries.

We may collect technical information such as log data, approximate location inferred from your device or network, error reports, browser type, operating system, app version, and security signals needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the Monrac service, authenticate your account, sync data between the mobile app and web app, process commands, show financial summaries, generate insights, detect errors, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and usage patterns. We do not use your personal financial records to identify or target you outside the Monrac service.

3. AI Processing

Monrac is designed so AI requests are handled server-side. API keys are not exposed to client apps, and personal identity information such as your name or email is not intentionally included in prompts sent to AI providers.

Some financial context you provide may be processed by AI providers when required to answer your request or generate an insight. We aim to minimize the data sent and route only the context needed for the task.

We do not sell your prompts, financial records, portfolio data, or account data. Monrac is intended to operate as a privacy-first financial command system, not an advertising platform.

4. Storage and Security

Monrac uses user-scoped data storage so each account's records are isolated by user identity. Access controls are intended to prevent one user from reading or modifying another user's data.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards such as authentication, authorization, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, and account-level access controls.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with trusted infrastructure, authentication, analytics, hosting, database, storage, payment, support, and AI service providers only as needed to operate Monrac.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, fraud prevention, protection of rights, or a business transfer such as merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

6. Your Choices

You may update, export, or delete account information and personal records through Monrac where those controls are available. You may also contact us for help with privacy requests.

You may choose what financial information to add to Monrac. Some features may not work if required information is missing or deleted.

7. Children and Eligibility

Monrac is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

You should use Monrac only if you are legally allowed to use financial software and cloud services in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Monrac evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, by email, or by updating this page.
